Supervisors described monitoring being a routine staff activity; “we deliver employees for an irregular basis to the playroom every 20 mins, every 40 moments, every hour” (M: 6BA). Staff approaches to intervening in danger behavior varied. Some were permissive: “I remind them there are wellness division laws that people’re obliged to enforce my rule is you can pull off anything so long as you’re discreet, however if we view it, then there is an issue” (S: 2BA).
